10.2.1 when acting as a customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information and data you input to our site to undertake a search for storage providers (for example, storage requirements, location, dates);

10.2.2 when acting as a service provider, you are responsible for the accuracy and information and data you upload to our site for customers to search (for example,. storage availability, warehousing accreditations and pricing).

10.3 Where you upload information or data onto our site, we will take reasonable steps to check and verify the information and data. However, our responsibility as site operator to provide accurate search results to customer and service providers. We are reliant upon both customers and service providers supplying accurate information and data so are not liable for inaccurate search results or outputs arising due to inaccurate data supplied by a customer or service provider.

11 SEARCH RESULTS
Our obligations in relation to the accuracy of search results provided through our site are set out in the Warehousing Platform Terms.

12 OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
12.1 You are not permitted to use our names, or logos or other intellectual property in any way which would breach our intellectual property rights without our prior written approval.

12.2 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, the content and the materials published on it (for example, the site layout, logos, photos, infographics, pictures. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

12.3 You must not copy or reproduce any of our content on our site (including but not limited to modifying or reformatting it when you copy it).

12.4 You must not use any part of our content on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. Any licence we give to copy content or use it for commercial purposes will be subject to acknowledging us as the origin of the content.

18 VIRUSES

22 WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?
22.1 These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by English law.

22.2 You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction except (if you are a consumer) that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
